Say NO to Green Tea in morning ☕ #greentea 

As we all know Green tea is so much beneficial for everybody & it became a popular health beverage now a days.

We can get benefits when it is consumed at right time. Green tea has antioxidant, anti aging, anti inflammatory properties that gives us healthy skin, improves digestion & improve immune system. Although it is also popular as Slimming Tea.
Green tea mainly boosts sugar metabolism & along with some lemon juice it will improve carbohydrate digestion.  That’s why it should consumed after breakfast or lunch & before sleeping at night. Never drink it in morning before breakfast – it may cause vomiting, dizziness, weakness, etc. Thus keep proper time in mind for Green tea.
