Healthy food is must for healthy life. Today I am sharing one of the healthy and tasty recipe.
- Chickpeas : Soak them overnight and boil it adding a pinch of salt.
- Broccoli : Add broccoli into boiling water. Cook it just for 5 minutes. Then remove the water.
- Brown rice : Soak rice in water for at least 20 minutes, then cook it directly or in pressure cooker.
Now take all of these in same quantity – 1 cup.
Heat the oil (1 tbsp) . Add mustard seeds & jeera.After that add chickpeas and brown rice. Add all masalas according to your taste – turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt. Stir well. Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add broccoli to it. Now for a good taste & smell you can add a pinch of shahi birayani masala. Cook for another 5 minutes. Complete it with some fresh coriander leaves.
It tastes so good – yummy & of course it’s a nutritious healthy dish. You can have it with curd or yogurt.
