Basic SUMMER TIPS you must follow…

Usually in past before 10 years and more summer was not so hot in MARCH – APRIL months. But now a days due to effects of GLOBAL WARMING all  the seasons – winter,summer & monsoon are affected. Especially summer has became unbearable. People have more chances of faintness if they are dehydrated.

Take care of some basic things 

  • Always keep a water filled  bottle with you. Drink it every half hour.
  • Eat more watery fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber ,oranges & coconut water which will feed you goid amount of water & other vitamins and minerals.
  • Keep an umbrella to protect yourself from direct sunlight.
  • Apply sunscreen on open parts of your body.
  • Avoid wearing tight fitting clothes. Be comfortable in loose fitting clothes and stay cool.
  • Avoid eating more garlic & onion ,cause it’s bad smell spreads through your sweat.
  • Wash your hair every alternate day to keep your scalp clean.
