Get rid of today’s unhealthy lifestyle 

Hi friends,  here am posting a blog about harmful effects of today’s lifestyle on our & other’s health. 

It is obvious and should be noticed that what are the differences we can see in today’s lifestyle and lifestyle of our ancestors. There is a huge difference. They were more healthy than us in everything.

From the starting of the day to the end of the day they always stay happy and healthy. Their lifestyle was like wake up at 4 am after that do their ADL and do regular spiritual prayer & yoga. After that they start their regular jobwork,eat healthy in lunch and dinner in appropriate amount i.e. according to the requirements of body. At the end of the day they sleep around 9 pm.

And in our generation no one wake up at 4 am & sleep at 9 pm. From the start of the day to the end of the day everything has changed.

We usually wake up at around 7-8 am. Then rush for job work without having a healthy breakfast which lowers the energy level for the whole day. Then take a lunch which may or may not contain regular & required amount of nutrients. After that again in evening snacks of some fast food or some unhealthy products. Return from job work at around 8-9 pm. Then you take dinner and late night sleep may be at 12 or 1 . So,how can you be fit and healthy? 

This lifestyle is responsible for many-many diseases like diabetes, cardiac problems, skin and hair problems, emotional disturbance, hormonal problems, sleep disturbance ,obesity, acidity, vitamins & minerals deficiency, etc. With all this combination we are living an unhealthy lifestyle. 

You may be  shocked by knowing that the lifestyle of our ancestors is followed by most of the celebrities of bollywood,  Hollywood… and our Prime Minister Narendra Modiji & more…  So they perform their work more efficiently & effectively.

So now onwards at least start taking a healthy food then improve your lifestyle to stay healthy without medicines & without visiting an Doctor.
